ALLS SERVICE
The Academic Language Learning Service (ALLS), manned by staff from the Centre for English Language Studies (CELS), will continue to assist students with their academic writing skills for their assignments during the post-MCO period.
Terms and conditions:
1.Students are allowed to book a slot for a maximum of 30 minutes per day and not more than once a week.
2.Booking of a slot must be done at least THREE (3) working days in advance.
3.If a student fails to show up within 5 minutes of the reserved slot, then his/her booking will be forfeited.
4.To optimise the 30-minute consultation slot, students must prepare ahead and email ALLS@imail.sunway.edu.my with the documents and questions they intend to ask during the consultation at least ONE (1) working day before the consultation.
5.Cancellation of bookings should be done at least ONE (1) working day before the scheduled date.
6.All reservations are subject to approval and can be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the Centre for English Language Studies (CELS) staff.
7.Services such as subject content writing, proofreading, editing, marking and grading will not be provided.
This is done through online consultation. Login to Microsoft Teams, which is available in Vine365. Follow the following steps:
1.Students make appointments through the library homepage at https://sunway.libcal.com/reserve/alls
2.Students will receive a login Code sent by staff from the CELS through mail
3.Go to Vine365 http://vine365.sunway.edu.my. Select Microsoft Teams, and login using the code received.
